Hello Everyone,

I am so excited about the Fragonia Essential Oil, It has only been around the industry a few years and is still going through many trials. Proven very effective physically: anti-infectious, anti-microbial, expectorant, immune enhancing response, analgesic and anti-inflammatory uses.

Even more exciting is this Essential Oils use for Psychological disorders, especially our understanding of "making peace" in our life. As stated by Dr. Penoel, a renowned French Aromatic Medicine physician.

I went on an Aroma Journey, with a drum beat to take me into an altered state of consciousness, there I requested to meet the deva of Fragonia. I traveled deep into the Earth riding my power animal the Bumble Bee. We did meet the beautiful female being of Fragonia, she told us that her oil is fantastic for the use of ADHD and it can change our DNA patterns. I will be speaking to the IAAMA group this weekend in Canberra, and telling the whole story of the journey. It is part of a series of Aroma Journeys to Essential Oil Devas for a book I am writing.

You can get a samle of the stories in a book I co-authored last year called 'One Page Wisdom' I wrote about my journey to the Orange Deva.

Hope you are having a good week-

Fragrantly, Rhonda

Hi,

It is so good to be back in the Fir forest, I have been taking as many hikes as I can on this trip to the Northwest United States. What I love is comming around a corner on the trail, into a sunny spot, where my nostris flair to the beautiful smell of Fir essential oil being released by the heat of the sun off their leaves. It is so grounding and stimulating.

The Fir tree (Abies alba) is in the Pinaceae family, cousin to Pine. Their perspective of "how things are" what is right or wrong in their world. Each of us has individual challenges in life. Aromatherapy is great support helping you move to a new understanding about that challenge and gives you inspiration of what to do. You do not have to be in some sort of trama to enjoy a personal formula, some like me to make a formula so they can have a personal fragrance that they enjoy, uniquely their own.

When we smell, the molecules of an odour go directly to our memory emotional brain, the limbic system, this is our reptilian brain, where our flight or fight instincts come from. Example would be when you smell an odour, let us say a Rose, you then immediately think of a past event or a person associated with the smell of Rose. Smell bypasses our consciouness and triggers memories good or bad. Life challenges, unresolved issues are stored in that memory, emotional brain. Aromatherapy works directly with that area of our brain for support, and helps us change our thinking about it.

I start with an interview; it can be face to face, a phone call or via the internet, with the person. I then have a since of the oil or oils needed and what the best delivery method would be. I use my coaching skills, knowledge of the uses of essential oils, intuition and an Aroma Spirit Guide to pick the perfect right formula for the client at this time in their life. It's like an Artist that works with lots of pieces to make an image. This work has a profound effect on people. Often we only have to work together for one treatment, sometimes several depending on how long and how sever their issues are, and how much they want to move forward in their life. Others have treatments every few months for ongoing support.

Lots of times people don't even know what is wrong; they just know that they are not happy within themselves. We could get together and investigate this and I will make a formula for you. Or you could take a weekend and come to one of my Health and Happiness retreats, where you have the oppertunity to go on several Aroma Journeys. Taking that time to ponder how you want your life to look like and what steps to take to move in that direction. So give it a go, I am available just give me a call 02 6458 3586
