I Love this saying, it is so true. When we feel peaceful and balanced we have a life that hums and sings to our needs.

We are all made up of energy cells that are electromatic, our emotions run that current of energy through the cells. Getting our energy running and balanced is an important factor in our health. Most illness comes from emotional stress. When our energy is out of balance we create dis-ease!

We have that energy body often called the Aura or the Subtle Body it is connected to our physical body at the main branching of the nervous. We have 7 major centers of connection called the Chakras. Chakra comes from the Sanskirt meaning "wheel of light". We work on the seven Chakras plus one below our feet and one above our head 9 in total.

In my Chakra opening and energy balancing treatment I (we as partners) open the centres, spin them, clear the emotional debris and balance each one so they will communicate openly (flow of energy) with eachother and the Subtle Body at large. This brings balance to our emotions and physically down to the cellular level, creating health.

I will use some or all of the following in the treatment. Essential oils, Floral Waters, Color, Stones, Music, Flower Essences, Affirmations and Coaching.

Hi Everyone,

I have been getting a lot of requests about Soul Retrieval, so I thought I would explain it.

"Soul Retrieval is for everyone who wants to deepen his or her connection to self, to loved ones, to the earth" Sandra Ingerman

Soul Retrieval is a shamanic healing method in which the Shaman goes on a journey (into an altered state of consciousness) and with the help of their Power Animal and Helping Spirits they track down lost parts of the Soul and then return them to the client.

Today's soul loss springs from the traumas of modern life. Soul Retrieval will require a commitment of three appointments:

Before Interview: Is Soul Retrieval for you? What Soul Retrieval involves. This can be done via phone or Skype (face to face on the computer). About 1/2 hour.

Soul Retrieval: Is a ceremony that will take 2 hours, to be done in person with Rhonda. This is where support people is recommended so bring one or more friends or family members to be witness to this healing.

After Retrieval Check-up: in two to three weeks we will talk about your experience since the Soul Retrieval and considerations for on going support. This appointment can also be done via phone or Skype. About an hour
